Ciao ragazzi,
Baci!

Where is what - Maps

To find out the hostel and the conference places, here there are the addresses and some maps that might help you. Anyhow we'll provide you a map of Siena with the most important things at your arrival.

The accomodation is in Via Fiorentina 32/40, where we will wait for you. Attached there's an aereal view. ;) Technology!

When is what - Timing

For the presenters it might be interesting to know how long the presentations will last, the timing and similar technical infos, so... here they are. The time for each paper will be around 45 minutes, 20-25 for the presentation and the remaining for the discussion (it is important to stimulate the debate in order to achieve an interaction and a more 'moving' conference ;).

How much is what - Fees

For any partecipant the fee will by sure be interesting. So, unfortunately this time the fee will be a little bit higher than the last time, but you all know in which conditions Italian research is lying and finding founds for the conference has been really hard. But we've done our best to provide everything so:

For presenters the price for the whole conference, including meals and accomodation, will be 40 €.

For listeners the price for the whole conference, including meals and accomodation, will be 80 €.

Other infos

We will try to provide technical support. Anyhow if you are able to bring your own stuff it might be better.

As you might have noted, the weather has been pretty mad lately, so it is hard to make a forecast and to suggest something about clothes. It might be (let's hope so) pretty warm and sunny. Anyhow the evening may be colder, so, some jackets or jumpers might be useful. Luckily we don't expect snow this time ;)

Other expenses like souvenirs (???), drinks (!!!= and similar won't be so much expensive, but don't forget that Siena is a tourist city, so somewhere it can be expensive!

For any other information, please contact us via email or mobile!!!
